Food here has just majorly gone downhill. In person the employee destroyed all the food and topping with the scissors non stop! Then with Uber eats it has been shocking and they always skimp out or forget stuff. They make it weird and it’s all mushed together and gross. Shame. $4 for one rock hard cold chicken tender apparently.

Unfortunately on this, my first visit here, my sweet potato classic was well under my expectations. The server put the toppings on then proceeded to chop into it with scissors until I had to tell her to stop because she was destroying it. Then when I ate it I realised she had done that because the potato skin was old and leathery and maybe she thought I wouldn't notice. I love baked potatoes but won't be eating here again.

I have had food from SpudBAR at other locations and it has always been very satisfactory. Unfortunately, the food items which included bolognaise sauce had no meat, but more tomato sauce/salsa. The whole meal was absolutely tasteless and a waste of $15 odd dollars. All I had was sweet potato, bolognaise sauce, avocado and jalapenos. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The franchisee an asset to his business- serves every customer with a smile. I love that this restaurant is coeliac safe by being entirely gluten free. Nothing weird though, just good wholesome food. 🥔 🍠 They are knowledgeable about all their allergens. Average spend here is about 15$ per person which I wouldn't call out of the ordinary . A great 10/10 experience and we will sure come back time and time again.

Spud bar is my go to for lunch in Frankston! I LOVE that this is coeliac safe, cheap, and just so dam tasty! I've only ever been served by the guy and it has been a great interaction each time. I'm sure being in the food court it would be hard to keep up the customer service so just know it's appreciated and noted that you make the effort to greet each customer and produce a quality meal each time.

Am loving this place. Excellent food and service. Eat in or take away option. Staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Food is next level. Got recommended this. Its delicious. 100% recommend.

Eaten here on a few occasions, but will not return unfortunately. Previously was served stone cold quinoa, today mouldy tomato’s and cabbage that didn’t even resemble cabbage. Price stated $13.90 on the board but was charged $14.40. 🤨

I'm a fan of Chicken Parma (one of the expensive items on their menu) from Spud Bar's menu and have been trying it from Bayside food court for couple of years. Tried it last week and attached picture describes what I got. Usually it's very filling and gets a full bowl. This time, I was served with less than half the bowl and some of the items are missing as well. Staff seem to have changed and I'm not sure whether management have changed as well. New staff is not an excuse for bad delivery. I have dealt with trainee staff before and they have to just follow the steps in the recipe. Anyways, service have gone to shambles and never going to use this store again...
